INFORMATION
Finnsnes i Fest is a week-long festival that every year brings festival-goers together for activities and popular music in the centre of Finnsnes. The festival takes place in July.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
We want to give our festival-goers a varied and eventful week!
Since it started in 1979, Finnsnes i Fest has offered a funfair, gatherings for seniors, children's theatre, youth concerts, food stalls, a children's day, motor shows, sports shows and much more. Our aim is always to offer a wide range of activities, music, food and entertainment during the week.
We have welcomed artists such as Bobbysocks, Monroes, DDE, Åge Aleksandersen, TIX, Return, Madcon, Circuz, Hellbillies, Vinnie, Marcus og Martinus, Hakeem and many more. Offering varied music, something for every taste, matters to us.
The festival attracts people from all over Norway and is a unique chance to celebrate and enjoy the summer together.
The festival area
Finnsnes i Fest takes place in the centre of Finnsnes and has two parts: the events around Storgata and Torget, and the concerts in the festival tent at Heimlymyra.
Storgata and Torget
We close Storgata and the area around Torget, where most of the week's events and entertainment take place. Down at Valen there are also RIB trips with SalMar. That area is not closed to traffic, so please take care to avoid dangerous situations.
The festival tent at Heimlymyra
The festival tent is at Heimlymyra and has two stages, a large bar and plenty of toilets. The arena also has a wheelchair ramp with a good view of the stages. The ramp is reserved for wheelchair users.
The festival office
The festival office is at Senja Hotell. This is where you collect tickets and companion tickets, exchange tickets for wristbands and collect lost property.
